Restore First Amendment Rights To Public Employees And Hold Government Unions Accountable 

Government Unions are using a variety of shady tactics to violate the Supreme Court's ruling in Janus v. AFSCME, including forgery, to keep members trapped.

Unions need to be held accountable and that is why the Freedom Foundation is appealing four cases to the Supreme Court. This includes two cases were public employees had their signatures forged on their membership cards to force them to continue to pay dues out of their paycheck.

Government Unions Can’t Keep Forcing Public Employees to Pay Up

Freedom Foundation attorney, Rebekah Millard, makes her opening arguments in Wright v. SEIU 503 and Zielinksi v. SEIU 503 before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The cases involve two Oregon state employee whose signatures were forged on union membership forms by SEIU 503.
